Meet the Team
Justin Heimer is widely recognized as a leading adoption attorney in Arkansas. He is the youngest attorney in Arkansas to be inducted as a fellow in the prestigious American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. His education is from a top law school (Indiana University, go Hoosiers). He is also trained in family psychology with a Master of Arts in Counseling. Justin’s training as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counselor equip him to assist families through the multifaceted process of an Arkansas adoption. He has been married for many years to his beautiful wife, has three awesome kids, and dedicates much of his free time to serving nonprofits and ministries that work with kids. He is a current or previous board member of The National Down Syndrome Adoption Network, 99Balloons, and was appointed by Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchison to the Arkansas Child Welfare Agency Review Board. While assistants may handle some aspects of your case, Justin will be intimately involved and is available when you need him.
